PAPER MINECRAFT
From what I know, Paper Minecraft ported the classic Minecraft experience into a 2D, side-scrolling browser game. This adaptation simplifies the familiar 3D mechanics into a platforming adventure focused on exploration, crafting, and building within a sandbox setting. Players interact with different terrains, materials, and creatures which makes it a good first step into the extensive Minecraft world. The game offers multiple modes such as Survival, Creative, Peaceful, Default World, and Flat World which all provide unique challenges and opportunities to play around with the game. Being objective-less, players are free to shape their gameplay experience as they wish.
How To Play
In Paper Minecraft, movement and gameplay are simplified to fit a 2D framework. Players can move using W/A/S/D or the arrow keys. Items can be retrieved by mining them with the mouse or using the other tools. Your inventory can be opened by pressing the 'E' key, from which you can manage the items critical to crafting and construction. Primary resources like health and hunger will always be displayed in the form of heart and meat icons respectively. These resources are used both in the construction of advanced structures, as well as in evading fully hostile mobs in Survival mode.
